渋谷に美味い担々麺があるらしいという噂を聞き向かうことに、その名も"排骨担々麺"。なにやら卍解できそうな名前ですが、排骨とは、中国語で豚のスペアリブという意味らしいです。豚肉に衣をつけてカリカリに揚げた見た目をしています。（※国や地方によって素材や調理法が異なります）
渋谷駅の大通りを離れ5分ほど歩くと、見えてきました。店名は"Renge no Gotoku"だそうで、かっこいい名前ですね。
平日の15時だったからか、特に待機列はなくそのままカウンター席へ。個人的にですが、昼から夜まで通しでやってくれるラーメン屋は意外と珍しいので凄く助かります。目当ての排骨担々麺を頼み、10分ほどで着丼。
麺とスープは割と一般的なもの。排骨は外の衣がカリカリで少し甘く、中のお肉はとてもジューシー。お菓子のビッグカツが3段階レベルアップしたような味です。麺とスープと排骨を一緒に食べると三位一体、甘塩っぱいマリアージュが素晴らしいです。
俊烈を極めるラーメン戦国時代において、麺とスープの伸び代を持ってして、蓮華の如く唯一無二の輝きを放って欲しいと思います。
