■お店情報
渋谷でおすすめの担々麺と聞かれたら専門店では【Renge no Gotoku】か【うさぎ】が多数かと思う。
今日は前者に来た。
19時までの営業時間なのでなかなか訪問出来てなかったがたまたま渋谷で用事があり初訪問。
名物の排骨担々麺！このご時世なので仕方ないが少し割高。
5分程で着丼。ご飯も無料で1杯つけられる。
スープはサラサラながら旨味が強い味わい。
程よい辛味と旨味がたまらない。
細麺との相性も良さげ。
排骨もスパイス感と豚肉の旨味が相まっておいしい。ただ、もう少しボリューム欲しいかな。
個人的には【支那麺はしご】の排骨担々麺や神保町の【五ノ井】のが好きだけど担々麺好きならぜひ行ってみて。
