【澁谷】”創天 ぷらぷら”
創作天麩羅と日本酒が楽しめる居酒屋。
道玄坂のディープな通り沿いにあり、地下一階にあるのですが、一瞬通り過ぎてしまいました。階段を下ると手書きの看板とお店の入り口(?)っぽくはないドア、正に隠れ家的なお店です。
この日いただいたのは6600円のコース。
6600円以上のコースではビール、ワイン、サワー、ハイボール、お茶割りなどのお酒の他に日本酒飲み放題もコースに含まれており、セルフサービスですが豊富な種類の日本酒が用意されています。
まずはビールで乾杯!!
ビールは東京クラフトも置いてありました。
最初のコースのお料理は八寸(前菜の5点盛り)から。アオリイカをシャリに見立てたのどぐろの握りや、青森の郷土料理”イカメンチ”をモティーフにしたヤリイカ、白子ポン酢など、早速日本酒を頼みたくなってくるラインナップばかり。
はやくも日本酒に突入。(笑)
セルフの日本酒はかなり豊富で、おそらく20種類くらいはあったかと思います。
辛口、甘口や特徴などの書かれたラベルが付いているので初心者でも選びやすく、とても親切ですね。
季節のお椀は蛤と松茸のお椀。ふんわり香る柚子の香りも良いです。優しい味、お出汁が美味しい…胃がリセットされますね。
天麩羅は特にサーロインの天麩羅が絶品でした！
〆は蕎麦！！
日本酒のアテに最高なセンスの良いお料理ばかり!!
店員の接客も丁寧で好感が持てます。
道玄坂にあるとは思えないほど落ち着いており、ここは穴場！！
