池袋店がなくなって悲しくなっていたのですが
渋谷にもあったのね。
スクランブルスクエアという建物の
1階、食品エリアにあります。
■くるみバゲット
「米粉ライ麦パンに、くるみ20%入り」
…米粉ライ麦パンってなんだろ。
両方入ってますってことかな。
そのまま食べてみる。
やわやかふわふわのバゲット。
20%入ってるというくるみ、
ごろごろたっぷりで食べ応えある。
ライ麦の酸味はあまり感じず。
クセなく、
そのままむしゃむしゃ食べられる。
■豆腐食パン
これこれ、好きなやつ〜( ´∀｀)
豆腐の香りと風味がちゃんとする。
豆感苦手な方は食べられないかも。
やわらかそうな見た目で、
実際やわらかいのだけど、
水分はどちらかというと少なめ。
もちもちというよりかは、
ふわふわ軽くてエアリー、
ややしっとり吸い付くようなかんじ。
独特の歯ざわりなのです…！
少量から買えるのも地味にうれしいポイント。
これも焼かずに何もつけずに
むしゃむしゃ…(￣▽￣)
次回は、
明らかにお店イチオシ商品なのにまだ試してない
「米粉の生食パン」食べよう。
（いつも豆腐食パン買ってしまうのです）。
米粉パンは、
生地の味を楽しめるシンプルなパンが
おいしい気がするなあ。
