365日などを手がけた杉窪シェフが監修する、昔懐かしいご当地パンが美味しいお店。
渋谷スクランブルスクエアの2階にあります。
米粉を使ったパンや、日本全国から集めた食材を使った他では見かけない個性的なパンが並びます。
値段は200円台のものもあるので、思ったほど高くはなかったです。
⚫︎豆腐食パン(ハーフ) 210円
国産絹ごし豆腐を練り込んだ米粉の食パン。
⇨表面しっとりして柔らかく、薄切りにするのは困難な食パン。袋を開けた瞬間から豆腐の香りがふわっと漂います。
噛んでみるとしっとりもっちり。豆の味と米の甘味が合わさって、なんとも和な味わい。グルテンフリーというわけでないので、言われなければ米粉入りのパンと分からないような、ちゃんとした食パンの仕上がり。
そのままでもおいしく食べられますし、しょっぱい系の具材を挟んでも美味しくなりそうなパンでした。
