渋谷スクランブルスクエアの地下にあるパン屋さん。
米粉90,小麦粉10の、米粉ベースのパンを売りにしています。
生クリームパン(280円)を購入してみました。
ほとんど米粉でできているせいか、もちもち！
カスタードクリームも優しい甘さで美味しいです。
ただ大きさの割にこのお値段はコスパ悪しな気がします。
そしてなぜ米粉100%にしないのかも謎…！！
完全グルテンフリーにした方が需要はありそうです。ちょっと小麦が入った方が美味しいのかな？(*´ω`*)
店員さんはちょっとそっけない感じでした。
美味しいパン屋さんだとは思うのですが、コスパ、接客を加味するとうーん…と言った感じ。
すすんで購入することはもうなさそうです。
