渋谷でのごはんの帰り、スクスクに立ち寄りました。
まずは「アップル&ローゼス 渋谷店」でパウンドケーキを購入、これは夜デザート用。
こちらはかわいらしい看板に惹かれて、翌日の朝食用にとパンを持ち帰りました。
20時頃だったのであまり数は無かったのですが、残っているものから、
・生クリームパン 280円
・ベリーメープルクリームチーズ 420円
を選択です。
後から「サンチノ」について調べてみると、米粉パンのお店とのこと。
「サンチノ」というのは「誰々さん家の～」「どこどこの産地の～」という意味でそうです。
私はそれを調べる前に食べたのですが、米粉とは気づきませんでした。
というのも、どちらも風味も含めて美味しいパンであり、何かしら足りないところを感じませんでした。
「生クリームパン」は上品なクリームに柔らかい風味の生地がちょうど良いバランスでした。
「ベリーメープルクリームチーズ」はチーズの香りや食感が素晴らしく、ベリーやメープルとも良く合っていました。
これ本当に美味しい。
どちらも小さなサイズなのですが、満足度の高いパンでした。
