きのこクリーム 410円
渋谷スクランブルスクエアの一階、イートインなどはなく、持ち帰り専用の店舗です。
今回は自宅でリベイクしていただきました。
感想は、「良い意味で、どちらもとても食べやすいパン」。
きのこクリームはパンがずっしりと思く、重たいパンかなぁと不安になったのですが、具はしっかり入っているものの、パンが思ったよりもふわっと軽い食感で食べやすく、相方と半分にして食べましたがぺろっと食べられてしまいました。
クロワッサンは、外のサクサク感と中のしっとり感のバランスがよく、バターの甘味がちゃんと感じられる好みの味でした。(サクサク感は、リベイクのおかげもあるかもですが…)
いつも帰りに寄ろうとして、夕方にはほとんど売り切れてしまうので、また早めに伺える時にお邪魔したいと思います。
