この日は渋谷で用事があって、その帰りに友人と立ち寄りました。最近なにかと行く機会の多いシュマッツさんですが、渋谷パルコ店は初めてです。
友人がビアクラブというサブスクに入っていて、メンバー限定で珍しいドイツビールが飲めるということで、いくつか飲んでみました。
ドイツはそれぞれの街ごとにビールを作っていて、いろんな特徴を持ったビールが飲めるのですが、いやぁービールも奥が深いですね。苦味の強いものからフルーティーなものまで、風味や炭酸の加減も様々です。
料理もソーセージはもちろんのこと、ドイツ風のふわふわオムレツも美味しかったです。
それと、スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーかつ勉強熱心で素晴らしいですね。
