初訪問は土曜日の開店時間15分前。場所はJR渋谷駅中央改札口を東へ出て少し歩いた真上にあります。12階まで進み、お店へ向かいます。
すでに15分前で7～8名ほど椅子に座ってお並びでした。10分前に店員さんが来てメニューを聞いてくれます。一応予約をして伺っていたので、開店と同時に1番最初に通されました。他の方は予約できない当日限定メニュー狙いのようでした。
案内されたのは窓際のカウンター席、大きな窓から工事の続く渋谷の街が見下ろせる絶景の景色です。メユーもA4黒毛和牛ブリスケ&霧降高原豚肩ロースをお願いしていましたので、すぐにスタートです。飲み物も麦茶が無料です。
まずしゃぶしゃぶか、すき焼きかを選びます。今回はしゃぶしゃぶを選択。すぐにお出しの入った一人用の鍋が出て来ます。最初にお出汁をカップで味わうように言われます。確かにほんのり上品に香る美味しいお出汁です。
続いてシャキシャキ野菜てんこ盛りのお肉のお皿が出て来ますので、自分でお鍋開始です。野菜も新鮮なのでさーっとしゃぶしゃぶして頂きます。あとは順にお肉を頂きました。ご飯は十六穀米がメチャクチャ美味いですが、結構な量が入っています。
気が付けばほぼ満席、外国人もちらほらおられます。カードでお支払いして退店。外待ちは10名以上でした。
