美味しいジンギスカンを焼かずに気軽に楽しめる
渋谷パルコ７Fに北海道のソウルフードジンギスカンの専門店がオープン！ |
渋谷パルコ7階レストランフロアにある金沢まいもん寿司を目掛けてきましたが、中休みタイムにて撃沈。てなワケで、同階他店を見て回ると、コチラの店頭メニュー看板で「羊肉の煮込みハンバーグセット､￥1100」を見つけ、思わず入店(^ω^)ゞ ンがしかし、それだけがピンポイントで欠品(´ω`) 出ていこうかとも考えたが、もう一度メニューブックを見直して、次のひとしなを食べてくことに。
【羊肉と彩り野菜のスープカレー､￥1200】北海道Ｘ北海道、というありそうでないひとしな。まずはカレースープ単独でコクリ〜(^ω^)♪ シャバっとサラッと。スパイス感や辛味が抑えめの、マイルドカレー風味。具材は、マトン肉に、ゆで玉子、各種野菜。じゃがいも・人参以外に、カボチャや素揚げしたレンコンが入ってるのが、ぽい(*^^*)
ソースでなくてスープなので、野菜単独で食べるとカレーの味がしません。カレースープと一緒に食べるのがよき。ライスも、スープに浸して食べるべし。ライスはふっくらもっちりツヤツヤに炊けていて、甘みも濃くてグー(^ω^)♪ そして主役の具・マトンは、厚みが3ミリ程で、筋もなく、柔らかくて食べやすかった。
総評: 次回こそ羊肉ハンバーグ食べたいな。
