パン会でいただきました。
フランス、パリの2つ星レストラン「シュール ムジュール パール ティエリー・マルクス」（マンダリン オリエンタル パリ）の総料理長である「ティエリー・マルクス（Thierry Marx）」氏が監修するベーカリーで、 2019年11月、渋谷スクランブルスクエアにオープン。
・「ブリオッシュ・ノワール」 1,296円（税込）
柔らかくしっとりした2色のブリオッシュ生地に、フランス産カカオ分50%チョコレート、アーモンドクリームをたっぷりと練り込んだノワール。
生地はふんわりとしていて、ほのかにチョコレートのビターな風味が感じられます。
そこにアーモンドクリームのまろやかでコクの深い味わいがさらにチョコレートを引き立ててくれて、なんだか高級な食パンを食べているかのような感じで美味しかったです。
