■渋スクコース¥1,980（税込）
渋谷スクランブルスクエアのレストランフロア12階にある蕎麦店『半笑』。
あの神宮前の蕎麦の名店、『玉笑』の支店。
『玉笑』といえば、ミシュランガイド東京で一つ星を獲得する、東京でも名店中の名店。
その玉笑が、姉妹店を、しかも商業施設への出店ということで話題になったこちら。
平日の13:45頃に訪問。
隈研吾氏による内装デザイン、狭土秀平氏による土壁と、
蕎麦同様、こだわりの店内は壁に向かうカウンター席のみというつくり。
この渋谷スクランブルスクエア限定の、「渋スクコース」を注文。
お豆腐・前菜3点盛り・せいろの簡単なコース。
お豆腐は、黒豆を練り込んだお豆腐。
たっぷりの生山葵と。
前菜は、笹かまぼこに大根酢漬け、鴨肉の3点。
前菜から10分ちょっとでせいろが登場。
蕎麦は、やはり美味しい。
なんとも野性味があって、力強い味わい。
量が物足りないのが玉に瑕。
そばつゆのキレも良く、久々に玉笑の蕎麦を食べて、本店へ行きたくなった。
お会計は席にて。
前菜の物足りなさを考えると、¥1980はやや割高に感じる。
が、蕎麦屋ってそもそも高いし、
商業施設に入っているし、こんなものでしょう。
