器の中に天ぷら以外全部入った状態で来ます
重要なのはよく混ぜる事だと途中で気づきました
大根おろしがツユの量の割合のわりには多めだし、それが美味しいので満遍なく行き渡るようによく混ぜた方が良いと思いました。
麺はやや太めでコシがあるタイプです。
海老の天ぷらはサクッとプリッとで美味しかったです。
