渋谷パルコは老若男女問わず集まる百貨店。そこの地下1階へいくエスカレーターを降りると急に左側に大行列が、、
その行列の行き先こそこのお店！極味や！
まるで回転寿司を思わせる内装。回転寿司のレーンの部分には鉄板が並び、その鉄板の内側には大将がハンバーグをこねて空気を抜いている！はやくもいい匂い！
まつこと2時間弱で店内へ。並んでる間に注文とってくれるから席についたらサラダとスープ、ちょっとあとに米もやってくるのはありがたい。行列並んでるとお腹へるよね
大将が注文したハンバーグを表面だけ焼いてお皿に盛ってくれる。このお店、そのタネを自分で好きな量とって自分で焼いていくスタイル。このタネ、なんと玉ねぎを使わずつなぎを極限まで抑えた肉の固まりでまさにステーキそのもの。肉肉しい食感と口の中にじゅわっと広がる肉の旨味がもうたまりませんご飯進みますよね！
最初にでてきたサラダ、スープ、白米、そしてデザートのアイスまで全部食べ放題なんです！嬉しすぎません！そんなもん食べまくるに決まってますやん❗
最後のオムライスも絶品！写真でも分かるくらいの濃厚な黄身！大分県産の高級卵「蘭王」をふんだんに使用。ガーリックライスに半熟卵焼きをのせ、その上にさらに卵の黄身をのせられたらもはや芸術作品！ていうかガーリックライス目の前で作ってる時点から食欲刺激されてよだれが止まりませんでした
