渋谷駅から徒歩7分ほどのパルコ地下1階で営業する鉄板焼きのお店。
週末のランチに訪問。
訪問時の食べログ点数は3.47 (2022年6月)
福岡県で人気のお店の関東初出店がこちらのお店。
13:10頃に着くと、30名強の行列。
渋谷という場所柄もあって若い方が多い印象。
14:00頃に着席できました。
並んでいる間に、極味やハンバーグステーキMサイズ160g(1639円)とごはん単品(165円)注文。

着席するとまずシェフがサイズを確認した後、ハンバーグを成型して、鉄板で表面に焼き目をつけます。
焼き目がついたら、そこからは自分で一口大に焼いて頂きます。
元が生肉なので、赤い部分がなくなるまで焼いてくださいとの案内。
調味料が6種類ありますが、そのままでもハンバーグにしっかり味がついており、ゴロゴロと固まりの肉の旨味も感じられて美味しいです！
脂がジュワジュワと染み出してくるような感じ。
肉ダレ、甘ダレ、オニオンダレ、柚子胡椒ポン酢、塩、ワサビをつけながら、味変をして楽しみます。
ごはんが進みます。
そのごはんはおかわり自由。ちょうどよい炊き加減でグッド。
頼みませんでしたが、セットにした場合のサラダやスープも同様におかわり自由のようです。
