■カニクリームコロッケ
これこそ斬新。普通はカニクリームコロッケといえばカニの身をクリームと混ぜて揚げるスタイルだが、なんとクリームコロッケの上に大量のカニ味噌を乗っけるフォルム！初のビジュアルに驚きましたが、カニ味噌の濃厚さとクリームの相性が抜群で美味しい！！
ここは、BGMもお洒落で夜のバーとして利用できるのが強いですね！
特に神泉は落ち着いた客層で、しっぽり飲みたい時にはぜひ利用していきたいです。
