渋谷の東急プラザの上層部の商業モールをフクラスと呼ぶのだろうか。その6階で昔の上司と二人で会食。ひょんなことから急に決まった会食で、先方の希望で場所のみ渋谷界隈でとのご要望。渋谷で食事をすることは稀だが、メトロで二駅なので遠くはない。当方にとっても近い。少し調べて蕎麦懐石の様なものを提供する店はと探して此処を予約した。渋谷は地上に出ると凡その地理の感覚は掴めるが、地下は今以てよく判らない。きちんと出口を調べておかないと自分が東西南北の何方を向いて歩いているのかが判らなくなること暫し。この際は最寄の出口を事前確認の上、店に臨んだ。
フクラス渋谷の6階は、全て飲食店の様である。こうした商業モールの飲食店なので蕎麦屋は店の雰囲気造りが非常に難しいのだろうが、此処は他の店に比べれば狭いもの結構落ち着いた雰囲気である。
事前に4,500円のコースを頼んでいたが、内容は以下の通り。
【先付け】 4種 南蛮漬けも、茄子の炊いたんも実にビールに合う
【肴】 蒲鉾、だし巻き玉子、焼き味噌。もうこの途中で焼酎或いは日本酒に切り替えた。
【天婦羅】海老と旬野菜の天ぷら 野菜はオクラと南瓜である。もう一品程欲しいが・・・
【蕎麦】自家製粉石臼挽き二八そば
【甘味】濃厚抹茶アイス
これに、飲み放題1,500円を足して、一人6,000円であるので良心的である。
蕎麦も元上司も仰せであったが、きちんとしたものでとても旨かった。 飲み放題が1,500円は安い。当方の酒量であればその2倍位は通常飲むからである。でも、飲み放題だからと言って敵討ちの様に鯨飲をすることはしない。卑しいからである。
沢山飲んでも、其の頼み方のペース他の加減が飲み手の品をかなり決める訳で、勿論、運ばれた後の飲み方はもっと重要。残念なながら、当方は下手な方に属するだろう。修業が足りぬか結局変わらぬということかも知れぬ。なら、控え目に飲むのが一番正しいのだろうが・・・・
こうした場所に入る店としては、かなり上質だと思う。愉しめた。
