先日オープンした長岡生姜ラーメンしょうがの湯。 長岡生姜ラーメンというのがそもそも初めてです。ラーメンはもちろんなんだけど、その前に生姜がもう大好きなので、食べないわけにはいかないです。存在感がすごい暖簾をくぐり、食券を購入。食券ってわかりにくくて女子には難関なのだけど、なんだかとってもシンプルでわかりやすい。
初めてなので、スタンダードにしようかと思ったのですが、チャーシューもとにかく美味しそうだったので、いっぱいのってる黒豚ちらし生姜ラーメンの醤油を。
席に座ったらまず生姜湯がでてきました。あったかいー。ちょうど寒いので幸せを感じられます。
テーブルの上には生姜酢、生姜醤油などがおかれていて、どれもとっても魅力的。使いたい！
そしていよいよやって来ました、お肉いっぱーい。美味しそう。まずはスープからいただきます。生姜です！！！！美味しい、そして麺が懐かしい系。かなり好きかも。その麺にこのチャーシューが恐ろしいくらいにマッチしてます。
生姜で癒され、懐かしさと新鮮さを兼ね添えたラーメンに癒され。
心も体も温められって感じです。
レンゲにスープと麺をちょっといれて、生姜酢と生姜醤油を使って見ました。
美味しい、最高の味変。チャーシューにかけてもとても合ってます。
追加していただいた煮卵も生姜味、これもまた美味しい。
生姜が強すぎずほどよい、でも自分で生姜酢や醤油で調整もできる。
これは最高かもしれない♪
またすぐにいきたいです。
