今日も味噌！「しょうがの湯」です。
長岡発祥の生姜ラーメンのお店です。
午後２時近くでしたが、店内は賑わっていました。それでも、食べたら出るタイプでしたので回転は早いです。
今日も事前に決めていましたので迷いはありません。
「味噌生姜ラーメン」１，０８０円（税込）です。
今日はサイドなしの一択です。
いつまでの期間限定かはわかりませんが、味噌と生姜、見事な組み合わせです。
期間限定と言わずに是非レギュラーメニューにしていただきたいものです。
ただ、個人的にはもう少し野菜が多いと嬉しかったですね・・・。
また、追い生姜なるオプションもありますが、追わなくても十分◯です。
サイドがなくても充実の１杯です。
