渋谷、新南口にある小ぢんまりしたシュラスコ屋さん。
15人ほど座れる広々としたテラス席は、天気がよければめちゃくちゃ良い席だが、今回は店内で。
白基調の店内はシンプルで落ち着いている。
シュラスコ20種食べ放題コース、4,620円。
シュラスコ以外にサラダ、ポンデケージョ、〆のカレーもつく盛り盛りコース。
まずはサラダが出され、それからシュラスコの配給開始。
お肉は「ランプ」が一番美味しかった。
赤身の大きな塊肉は、見た目の迫力もあるし、数ある肉の中で一番柔らかくジューシー。
塩コショウで焼いているのだと思うが、肉の味をちゃんと感じられたし、
なのに後味さっぱりとしていくらでも食べられそうだった。
テーブルに置かれた醤油ソース、ビネガーソースどちらとも合う。
「イチボ」も赤みで柔らかジューシー、こちらも大変おいしかったが、
よりさっぱりと食べられる「ランプ」の方が好みでした。
どちらも過去に食べたことある部位のはずだが、部位の違いをこんなにわかりやすく感じたのは初めてかも。
ランプがこんなにおいしいとは。
お肉のラインナップは
ハーブチキン、タンドリーチキン、ハツ、豚と牛の粗挽きソーセージ、
イチボ、ランプ、豚ロース、豚バラ。などなど。
他にパイナップルとマッシュルームも。
種類が多いのもシュラスコ感を満喫できるし、どの肉も味しっかりでとても美味しかった。
切り出されるポーション小さめなのでいろんなお肉が楽しめるのも良い。
どのお肉もおいしくいただきました。肉々しくてビールが進むし、楽しい夕飯だった。
こちらのお店の良いところは、途中でショーイベントに駆り出されないことw
他のシュラスコ店で見かけるサンバショーは楽しいが、ステージに駆り出されるのが面倒な時もあってw
こちらは良い意味で静かに落ち着いて肉を楽しめるし、気兼ねなく会話も楽しめるシュラスコ。
お店の方はどなたも若く笑顔が素敵な方が多かった。
特に五反田店からのヘルプという女性店員さんがとてもフレンドリーで周囲をよく見て、素晴らしい接客だった。
パイナップル食べたいと呟いたら「もうすぐ焼けます」と声をかけてくれたり、
テーブルからはみ出た荷物をさらりと避けたり。
これはぜひ、五反田店にも行ってみたくなりました。
ショーに駆り出されないので小ぢんまりしたメンバーの時によいかも。
ショーをやらないシュラスコ、知っといて損はないお店だと思いました。
