ネットでいろいろ探しているときにたまたま気づいた店です。
銀座のほうに店があるようですが、渋谷にもあることに気づきました。
で、平日に行ってみました。
予約制で、13時からの予約。到着したときには一組いましたがちょうど終わった感じ、そこからは我々だけとなりました。
コース制です。供される部位などの違いにより幾つか分かれていますが、ファーストトライなので一番安いコースを予約。

・ご飯＆味噌汁

コースターに牛のイラストがあり、肉の部位を描いています。
どこが出てくるんだろうな？と期待が高まります。
前菜のリエット。…何ですかね、肉のペーストっぽい感じのモノ？美味しいです。
スープは栗の温かいスープ。やや薄味に感じましたが、美味しいです。
ハンバーグ。牛100だと思います。味が既についていて、ソースなどはかからず出てきました。少しマスタードを付けてペロリ。
さて、ここからがお楽しみ。
先ほどから鉄板の向こうのトレーにいくつかの塊肉があります。 あの辺が出てくるんだろうなという気配でしたが、その通り。トレーには三つの部位がのっていて、順に焼いてくれます。
薬味はお決まりが三つ。ガーリックチップ、大粒胡椒、醤油だれ。ほかにレモンやWASABIもありますがこれは有料でした。。。
目の前の鉄板で焼いてもらえるのは気分も高まりますね。
鉄板焼きって、やっぱりなんだか高級な感じがします。大きな塊ではないですが、その分色々食べられそうな気がして楽しいです。
