土曜の17時半に予約して訪問。緊急事態宣言明けだからか、混み合っていました。予約必須。
2階と3階がお店になっており、2階はカウンター席が5席と4〜6人がけくらいの半個室。3階はテーブル席がいくつかありました。
2階のカウンター席に着席。調理しているところが見れるのと、店長さんが話しかけてくれて良い席でした。
・総評
お店のメニュー的に馬刺し＋馬焼肉が前提かと思います。が、それ以外にも馬料理が充実しているので、馬刺し＋馬料理で満足できる。馬刺しのクオリティも高い。
店員さん、特に店長さんも人がよく楽しく飲める空間でした。

相変わらずメニューの名前はうろ覚えです。
・お通しの枝豆の山椒漬け
・馬刺し（2人前）
・馬肉メンチカツ
・馬ロースステーキ
・馬すじ唐揚げ（ポン酢）
・馬ユッケ丼（ウニのせ）

ただの枝豆ではなく山椒に漬けてあり凝っていました。ビールが進む味。
・馬刺し
注文は2人前から。右奥から時計回りに、ハツ、バラ、ロース、忘れました。馬刺しなので相応の値段。臭みがなく美味しい。肉の厚さも食べやすく柔らかさと弾力が両立しており程よい。名前を忘れてしまった部位が一番美味しかったです。カタカナ4文字くらいの部位だったのですが…思い出したら更新します。
・メンチカツ
これは必食。肉汁がジューシーで肉感も強い。衣もサックサク。
・馬ロースステーキ
紙のメニューにはなかったのですが、黒板のメニューに書かれていたため、気になって注文。店長さん曰く、馬刺しと馬焼肉を食べる方が多いため、美味しいがあまり出ないメニューとのこと。柔らかくて美味しかったです。お肉も大きめのカットで馬肉をガッツリ食べてる気分になれます。
・馬すじの唐揚げ
牛すじとはまた違った味わい。柔らかくて甘味を感じます。少しポン酢が多かったので味が濃く感じました。
（久しぶりの外食だったので味が濃いと思っただけかもしれませんが…）
・馬ユッケ丼（うにのせ）
間違いない美味しさです。馬肉とウニ、そしてあまじょっぱいタレにごはん。最高です。夫がウニを食べたがっていたのでうにのせにしましたが、個人的には馬肉だけでも満足かも。最高の締めでした。
