初訪問です。
プリンが入ったシュークリームがあると聞いて伺いました。
・プディング・シュー(324円)
やや柔らかめのシュー皮の中はやさしい甘さの生クリーム、プリンを包んでいるのは、これもやさしい甘さのカスタードクリーム、プリンがやや硬めでなければアクセントになりませんね。いいバランスです。
・和栗のモンブラン(832円)
モンブラン好きの私には手を出さずにいられない一品です。栗の風味たっぷりの和栗クリーム、ちょっとポロポロした感じ。
生クリームがやさしい甘さなので中に入っているメレンゲがいいアクセントになっています。
行く機会がなかなかないですが、また食べてみたいですね。
