生搾りモンブランの表記に惹かれ
注文したのは
バスクチーズモンブランと
ブレンドコーヒー
外側の栗クリームと
内側のバスクチーズケーキが
濃厚にバランスして中々のクオリティ。
内装も杢とグラフィック壁が可愛くて
20代の夢見るデートには
写真撮るにも食器との組み合わせも綺麗で
インスタ映えが良い感じです。
50代には味もサービスも軽くて可愛いすぎるかな。
バスクチーズケーキも変化球でなく
オリジナルを追究してみたいです。
茶亭羽當に行った翌日だと余計にそう思います。
