渋谷にあるお鮨屋さんに伺いました◎
渋谷駅から徒歩9分くらいのところにお店はありました
渋谷周辺でお鮨屋さんを探しいてるとこちらのお店を発見‼️
事前に調べたところ全国から取り寄せた超一級品の魚のみを使用し仕込みにかける手間は惜しまない魚の鮮度をコントロールし旨味を最大限に引き出し阿重田独自のシャリと合わせ味香り食感など自身の舌が納得できたものだけを握るとの事でとても楽しみにしておりました。
18:00におまかせコースを予約し訪問。

とても美味しいお鮨を頂くことができてとても大満足です‼️
コースは全て美味しくその中でも特に美味しかったベスト3を紹介致します
第1位 雲丹
青森県下北半島のムラサキ雲丹‼️
日本で1番濃いウニとの事で食べたのですが濃厚でめちゃくちゃ美味しいです
雲丹の味が強いのでのりではなくにぎりでの提供
雲丹の旨みが口の中で余韻がすごいです笑
おいしすきておかわりしたくなりました
第2位 中トロ
静岡下田さんの中トロ‼️
中トロがあじゅう田さんのシャリと1番合うとお聞きしたので食べる前から楽しみにしていました
あじゅう田さんのシャリは米の甘みが圧倒的に強い
中トロの旨みがすごくとても柔らかく美味しいです
この中トロも何貫でも食べれそうです笑
第3位 ノドグロ
長崎県対馬産のノドグロ‼️
とても柔らかく香ばしく美味しいノドグロです
脂の旨みも凄くさすがノドグロ
ノドグロ久しぶりに食べたのですが美味しくて感動
最高のお鮨おまかせコースを頂くことが出来て大満足です‼️
大将はお酒の知識も豊富でお鮨の説明も丁寧にして頂けるので楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました
お鮨も美味しく大将の人柄も良いのでとてもおすすめのお店です◎
