誕生日ディナーという事で知人に連れてってもらった渋谷にあるこちらのお店。
店内はラグジュアリーで高級感があり、お店の方に韓国語や英語も話せる人が居るので海外からのお客さんにも対応可能の様でした。
今回頂いたのはおまかせコース33000円で

大将が一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくれ、シャリも歯応えや温度によって出す順番を変えているそうで何よりネタへのこだわりや美味しく食べれる調理法でどの鮨も本当に美味かった!!
つまみからシメの玉子焼きまで手抜き無しの満足いく鮨に久々に出会った気がする。
次回は仕事の接待で利用したい。
