5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station ◆ A delicate dish that can be enjoyed in an adult space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy the eye-catching items

I made a reservation and came to the store after 7pm on the day before a public holiday. You can make reservations online, which makes it convenient to see available places at a glance. About 5 minutes walk from Shibuya Station. It's on the second floor of a building, so it's hard to tell from the outside. The interior resembles a Sushi restaurant, with only 6 seats at the counter. The course meals are as follows. ●Chestnut and pumpkin rub ●Shira chrysanthemum dressing ●Sashimi (sea bream, scallops, shrimp, crab) ●Ootoro and sea urchin Sushi ●Sea bream soup ●Hamo Yanagawa-style ●Assortment ●King salmon cooked Rice, miso soup ●Persimmon and lemon sorbet It was very filling. Particularly delicious was a sushi-like Sushi with fatty tuna and sea urchin. The sweet fat of the fatty tuna goes perfectly with the rice. It was so good that I wanted to eat it in a bowl. The sea bream soup is also fatty and so delicious that you'll want to keep drinking it. The sashimi was plump and fresh, and the sour jelly on the scallops was refreshing and delicious. The various plates left an impression on me, such as steamy sweet roasted sweet Yaki-imo Tempura boiled raw peanuts, incredibly soft burdock, and green seaweed-scented tulips (chicken dish). However, the fatty meat, Tempura, and tempura pack a punch that almost knocks you out. The cooked rice has a slight aroma of grated yuzu. In addition to salmon, it also contains salmon roe and sweet potatoes, making it perfect for autumn. The core of the rice was a little hard. Finish off with a refreshing persimmon sorbet. The texture is a little sticky probably because it's handmade. It was a relatively reasonable course that used plenty of high-quality ingredients and was full of volume. The Shibuya location may be a part of the concept so that even young people can easily enjoy Japanese cuisine. The owner was a one-person operation, and he was very efficient in serving meals at the pace of the three groups of customers (even though they arrived at different times). To be honest, I felt that the plate dishes had a lot of oil and not enough rest for the chopsticks, so I think if there was more Vinegared dish or refreshing food in between, I would be able to enjoy it until the end. Also, I think it would be better for people with small stomachs to eat a little less rice, or to take home Onigiri.
