カカオサンドを友人からいただきました。
失礼ながら、よくあるようなお菓子かと思いましたが口に入れた瞬間びっくり。
サクサクのサブレと、くちどけの良いガナッシュの相性が抜群でとても美味しかったです。
特にガナッシュは濃厚でありながら甘すぎず、大人も楽しめるような味わいでした。
私もどなたかにお菓子をプレゼントするタイミングがあれば、是非こちらのお店に伺いたいです。
