2度目くらいの来店
四時過ぎ、ステキな笑顔のスタッフさんにテーブルまで案内される
冷水がサーブ
テーブルに水ポットがあるがぬるい
７時間以上立ちっぱなしで暑いし疲れていたので冷麺とチヂミのセット！と思ったがメニューにない！！
通路にあり店内側のチヂミセットはランチのみでおわっているとのことで残念
チヂミを取るか冷麺を取るか？２つフルサイズはいらない、それで唯一セットメニューがある冷麺+豚甘辛焼肉セットにする
呼びブザーを押してスタッフさんにオーダー
体感12分位でサーブ
冷麺は器ごとよく冷えている、これぞ冷麺
最初スープの中にスープの氷が一つあった
スープはちょっと複雑で水冷麺だけど微かに辛い？
お酢がついてきているけれど必要ない酸っぱさ、夏用？
この酸っぱさが食欲をそそり、どんどん好きになる
麺の材料は？？聞きそびれたがそば粉ではない
ツルッとしていて極細麺でコシはなく柔らかくどんどん喉に入っていく感じで食べやすい 量は意外と少ない
具材は味があるチャーシュー系、錦糸卵、鶏胸肉、大根、きゅうりかな？
付け合わせは３点
白菜キムチは甘め、エビとブロッコリーはマリネ、もう一品は何？食べやすい（笑）
豚甘辛は肉の味がほとんど希薄、辛さはほどほど
✳️食後
冷麺のスープは好みの味ではなかったのに段々好きになった
疲れている時に酢が沢山なのは沢山飲める
伝票がなくてレジすぐのテーブルだった
会計したら1400円ではなく1500円以上したのは勘違い？気がついたが何せ疲れていたのでそのままにした私が悪い
教訓
金額は確認すること
チヂミセットはランチだけだそうなのでランチに来たい
前は冷麺チヂミセットだったと思う
