渋谷セルリアンタワー東急ホテル2Fの日本料理店。
渋谷駅から国道246線左側を江尻大橋方面に少し上がったところ。
昨年6月、セルリアンタワー東急ホテル開業20周年記念事業としてオープンした日本料理店です。
「桜丘」というのは、地名からとっているようです。職場が近いこともあって、ラウンジや他のレストランは時々利用していますが、こちらの日本料理店は今回初めて伺いました。
日本料理店「桜丘」は、素材そのものを活かした季節の料理を提供、四季折々の美しさや日本が誇る文化の本質を日本料理に見出し、日本、そして世界のトレンドの発信地渋谷から、世界に向けて日本が誇る食文化を発信する料理店を目指しています。
お店の正式名称が「日本料理Japanese Cuisine 桜丘」になっているところからも強い心意気を感じますね。
特別な女子会。
友人がアレンジしてくれたのは、東急ロイヤルクラブのアフタヌーンティー。
日本料理店ならではの和風ティストのスィーツやセイボリーが揃うアフタヌーンティーです。

店内は、高級感のある落ち着いた空間。大きな窓、開放的で広々としていて、ゆったりお食事が出来ます。
行き届いたおもてなしで、素敵なアフタヌーンティーを演出してくれました。
「つまみ飯」「おばんざい」「菓子」に分かれたメニュー。どれもお洒落な器で一口サイズの和の味わい。
温かいお料理はないのですが、抹茶、日本茶(6種)、中国茶(6種)、紅茶、コーヒー、ハーブティーなど飲み物は幾らでもおかわりが出来ます。
どのお茶も香り高く、ホッとする美味しさです。淹れたてのコーヒーも楽しみました。
5,400円のところ、東急ロイヤルクラブ会員限定割引で、一人2,700円はお得でした。
ロイヤルクラブ会員限定の予約は既に満席とのこと。さすが人気ですね。
平日限定のランチ(3,100円)も魅力的で、次回はこのランチでお邪魔してみたいです。
上質な午後のひとときを存分に楽しみました。
