渋谷駅から徒歩3分ほどにあるこちらのお店。
友人がSNSで気になっていたお店いうことで訪問。
休日の18:30ごろに予約をせず訪れました。混んでいたので席は90分制。
店内はテーブル席とカウンター席があり、今回はカウンター席に通されました。ホールは3人で切り盛り、調理は5人で行っていました。
店内は満席で若い方が多め。
注文はQRコードから読み取りで行います。
今回注文したのはこのお店のおすすめのレモンサワー、つくね、唐揚げ。サイドメニューの手羽揚げ餃子、うずらのピクルス。
レモンサワーが有名なお店ということもあり種類も多くあります。黒色のものやおしゃれで写真映えするものなどもあり女の子ウケしそうでした。
つくねはなんこつとプレーンが選べるようになっています。上に乗せるトッピングの種類豊富です。他のお店にはないようなハニーマスタードなどの変わり種もあり、このお店ならではの味が楽しめます。
唐揚げは大きく揚げたて。サクサクとした食感と噛んだ瞬間の肉汁がたまりません。
手羽揚げ餃子は中に餃子のタネが入っておりジューシー。新しい発想でおどろきました。
見た目が印象的なうずらのピクルスは可愛らしいだけではなく、マリネのような味でさっぱりとしておりいいアクセントになりました。
新しい発想の料理や多くの種類のレモンサワーとつくねがあり、他にはない料理が楽しめるお店です。お手頃な価格を考慮してもまた利用したくなるお店だと思います。
