天だねは穴子•海老2匹•烏賊•茄子•ししとうに海苔
金子半之助名物の半熟卵天は載ってないのねー
主役の穴子は身が厚く適度な衣に染みたタレが効いていい感じ
柚子皮がちょこっと載っていい変化
小振りでスリム海老は食感も弱く残念
サイズ的には天むす用と一緒かしら？
身の厚い甲烏賊系の烏賊は柔らかく旨味しっかり
醍醐味と冠された黒七味振ってやると香りも加わりいい感じ
揚げたてには及ばないものの、冷めていてもそれなりに楽しみながらしっかり完食の満腹満足
天丼としては海老がスリムすぎたので次回は天むすかなぁ
