恵比寿に本店を置くベトナムレストラン「Nha Viet Nam」プロデュースのバインミーサンドイッチカフェ。外はサクサク中はふんわりのバケットにレバーペースト、お肉、なます、野菜などいろいろな食材の味が絶妙にマッチするベトナムのサンドイッチ。あっさりとしたスープの蒸し鶏のフォーや旨辛スープのブンボーフエ、ココナッツ風味のチキンカレーなど本店で定番のメニューもお楽しみいただけます。 |
GW中、久しぶりの渋谷散策の合間に利用しました。
晴天の天気が心地よく夏っぽいものが食べたくなり検索してこちらを発見。
初めての渋谷ストリームで様々な店に多少目移りしましたがこちらで牛肉のフォーとバインミーを頂きました。
牛肉のフォーはあっさりスープに薄切りの牛しゃぶと香味野菜が乗ったオーソドックスなスタイルで、生姜の細切りが特徴的でした。
スープはあっさりながらちゃんとコクもあり満足の味わいで、トッピングで追加注文した揚げゆで玉子がよく合います。
バインミーはレモングラス風味の豚焼肉が人気とのことで注文。サクッと香ばしいフランスパンにレバーペーストの風味、なますの酸味、豚焼肉の味わいが一体となり美味しいです。
欲を言えばもう少しパクチーが欲しところでしたが十分満足いく味のお店でした。
