渋谷に焼肉屋がオープンしたと聞きつけ
調べてみると、、、
なんと「牛恋」が渋谷に上陸
牛恋というと東京と沖縄で9店舗構える！
恵比寿店、中目黒店、五反田店、新宿店を行った事があり好きなお店の１つです。
お取り寄せも食べた事があります。
今回その牛恋では初めての試みである
「生肉」
が食べられるというので伺ってきました！
立地は渋谷から徒歩1分。
大通り沿いの路面店で渋谷横丁の裏と好立地！
他の店舗と違い渋谷店は高級感が漂う外観内観。
熱意を感じます^_^
まず渋谷店限定 注目の目玉である生肉を注文
⚪︎ユッケ食べ比べ（1680円）
タレユッケと塩ユッケの2種。
王道のタレユッケは卵黄を解き絡める、、
塩ユッケはレモンを絞りさっぱり！
この時代にユッケが食べられるありがたみを染み染み。
⚪︎牛トロ握り 2貫（1280円）
サシの多い霜降りの部位を生肉寿司で！
軽く炙られてたり、ローストされてたりでレアな肉寿司はよくありますが、生肉でのお寿司はなかなか食べれないですよね。
⚪︎牛赤身握り 2貫（980円）
赤身の肉感も感じながらもサシも適度に入ってます。牛トロ握りと同じくシャキッとした酢飯のシャリ。
その他は他の店舗と同じ顔馴染みのラインナップ！
生肉好きには嬉しい渋谷店！
献身的なコスパは相変わらずでした！
