渋谷に新しくできた居酒屋いぶし鳥さん。
宮崎から直送される新鮮なじとっこが名物。
飲み放題のみのプランが999円と激安だったので注文。
料理は単品で注文しました。
和牛やサーモンなどの鮮魚も美味しく、
ドリンクもとても豊富で満足です。
特におすすめなのが、親鳥のいぶし焼きです。
普段若鶏ばかり食べているのですが、
親鳥の美味しさが衝撃的でした。
噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てきます。。。
炭火で燻された味と調味料が抜群の味わいでした！
また行きたいと思います！
