この日は母のリクエストでチュクミを食べに行きました。
事前にネットでメニューを見ていきましたが・・・まさか注文が2人前からとは。
私自身が韓国料理をあまり食べに行かないので不勉強でした。
まずオープンが11:00なのに想定より早く到着してしまったのでエレベーター横の椅子でオープンを待つことに。
時間を過ぎてからチャイムを押して席にお通し頂きました。
各席にタブレットが置いてあり、そこから注文するシステムでした。
不慣れな私たちにはわかりづらく、結局店員さんを呼んでセットに何がついてるのか、私たちが食べたいものはどれを選ぶのか教えて頂きました。
ここで気づいたんです。
チュクミ、2人前からしか頼めんのかい・・・絶対量多いし食べきれんやん・・・・・
が、ここまで来たので仕方ない。
チュクミ・エビ・ホルモンの1皿と、海鮮チヂミを注文。
チュクミはスタッフの方が焼いてくださいますが、到着してからソッコー焼き始めるので写真撮る方はシャッターチャンスを逃さないようにご注意ください。
手際よく焼いて下さり、10分かからないで食べられる状態に。
味はとても美味しかったです。チュクミはコリコリ、エビはプリプリ、ホルモンはモチモチ。それぞれの食感が楽しめるのと、サンチュやエゴマの葉で包むと何種類もの味変を楽しめます。
時間が早かったせいかお客さんはあまり居なかった印象です。
美味しかったのでまたチュクミ食べたいなぁ。。。
