神泉にあるイタリアンに行ってきました！
アルコールが飲めないので、ソフトドリンクのペアリングをいただき、コースがスタートしました。
最初にいただいたのは、お寿司に見立てた前菜。でもお寿司じゃないんです。トマトや日向夏、オレンジを使って、見た目はお寿司そっくり。でも口に入れると、リコッタチーズで作ったシャリが想像を超えた味を届けてくれました。オリーブオイルの風味も合わさり感動するスタートです。
次に来たのが、「生ハムのパンナコッタ」と「ブラッターチーズのパンナコッタ」。こちらもまた斬新。いちごソースとピスタチオ、オリーブオイルがかかっていて、一口食べるごとに「おおっ！」と声が出ちゃうくらい、味も食感も新しい発見がいっぱいでした。
「珊瑚酒トマトのマルゲリータ」は、トマトの甘さがしっかり感じられて、シンプルだけどシンプルじゃない。とても深い味わいがありました。
そして、「魚介のムースと燻製チーズの蒸し揚げ」や「ウニたっぷりの海鮮ピッツァ」は、海の幸の美味しさがパワフルに感じられて、思わず笑顔になっちゃうくらい。
「薪で焼いた赤牛」は、肉のジューシーさとスモーキーな香りがたまらなくて、リゾットとの組み合わせも最高でした。
デザートの「アールグレイのチーズケーキ」は、食事の素敵なしめくくり。マスカルポーネのクリームがどうしようもなくクリーミーで、紅茶の香りが心を落ち着かせてくれました。
食後のカプチーノも本格的で、まるで有名なカフェのようです！
このお店の料理は一つ一つがサプライズで、美味しさだけじゃなくて、楽しさや幸せも一緒に味わえます。また絶対に来たいし、友達にも自慢したくなるような、心から楽しめる場所でした。
