平日夜に伺いました。店内満席！
お店に入るとピザ窯が！！
ここで焼くピザがもうたまらなく美味しい…
4種類のピザが1ピースずつ提供されます。
いろんな味が楽しめるのが最高！！
お気に入りの1枚が見つかるはずです。
わたしが伺った日は
マルゲリータ(トマトが美味しすぎた
雲丹、帆立、蟹のピザ(これはもうピザではなかった…
ゴルゴンゾーラのピザ(ゴルゴンゾーラ大好きなので嬉しすぎた
マリナーラ(大きなシラスの乗ったピザでした！
前菜はお寿司をイメージしたリコッタチーズ
見た目が可愛すぎるー！
お寿司でした！
そして生ハム仕立てにしたパンナコッタ
いちごソースとピスタチオで季節感アップ☺️
花ズッキーニの真鯛ムース…
初めて花ズッキーニを頂きました。
お花の中にお魚のムースとチーズが詰まっていて
つぶ貝のソースと一緒に食べると最高！
メインのお肉の下にはホワイトアスパラのリゾット！
ホワイトアスパラ大好き勢にはたまらないです…
パスタはなんと2種類使用！
初めて一皿で2種類のパスタをいただきました。
白子とカラスミ…
ロングパスタの少し芯のある感じと
ショートパスタのもちもちと
2つの食感を楽しめました！！
最後のデザート…
くまとうさぎです。

お布団→栗のペーストをシート状に伸ばしたもの
枕→アールグレイのチーズケーキ
ベット→フランボアーズのムース
クッション→マスカルポーネのクリーム
見た目だけだなく味も最高でした！！
アールグレイのチーズケーキ、しっかりアールグレイの香りがしました…
シェフの原さんがとても気さくに話して下さって初めてなのにそんな感じがせず…
料理ももちろんですが、また来てお話ししたいと思いました^^
お店入ってすぐある現代アートのパスタにも注目ですよー！！！
