Use as a finishing touch after drinking. Thank you for being open 24 hours a day, even in the morning. I ordered Kama Mentai soy sauce butter. Grind the sesame seeds, mix with the mentaiko and butter, and slurp it all at once. delicious. The chewy udon noodles and the exquisitely thick sauce made it impossible for me to stop using my chopsticks, and I finished it wholeheartedly.
