やはり美味しい異国感あふれる料理
美味しいし、異国感もあって楽しいこちらのお店、3回目。
今回は以前オーダーしたホッケンミー含め、
○季節の青菜炒め¥980
シャキッと濃すぎない味つけも美味しい。
○生マッシュルームサラダ¥620
マッシュルームそのままなのに、なんでこんなに美味しいのかなー。
○特製海老炒めブラックペッパーソース¥1,980
ブラックペッパーのピリッとさと海老のプリっとした食感と旨み。
○蒸しマントゥ1個¥150
フワモチで少し甘みがあって美味しい。
なんだかんだお酒も進みまた¥8,000近く、、、。
一緒に行った友人もいつもそんなに飲まないのに美味しくて飲み過ぎた！と言ってました。
異国感あふれる美味しいシンガポール料理

GW前に出勤して友達とごはん。
店内も味付けも異国感ある楽しいお店。
前回予約しないで入れなかったので今回は予約しましたが、遅い時間なら回転早そうで入れそう。
○パクチーサラダ¥680
アジアらしい強い香りのパクチー感。
ドレッシングも香りつけ程度で、パクチーの味わいを十分楽しめて美味しい！
○A菜のガーリックナンプラー炒め¥980
レタスのようなシャキシャキ感と言われましたが、レタスよりしっかりめの歯応え。
ナンプラー感は抑えめで、こちらもちょうどよい。
○腸詰と白髪ネギ¥580
おつまみにぴったりな濃いめでギュッと旨みがつまった腸詰に、ピリっと白髪ネギのアクセントが美味しい。
○おつまみ海南鶏¥880
シンガポールチキンライスの上のチキンのみ。
柔らかいし、こんなに鶏がふわっとしてるのもすごい。
鶏の繊維感もなく、歯がいらないくらいで、味も美味しい！
○ホッケンミー 海鮮汁焼きそば¥1,560
海鮮の旨みとオイスターソース、にんにくなど、味わい深い。

また飲み過ぎたかな、、、
ランチは入れないくらい混雑しているようですが、ここのシンガポールチキンライスは食べたい！

夜は何時か来ているこちらのお店に待望のランチ。
平日の11時40分頃、カウンターが少し空いていましたが、テーブルは満席。出るまで次から次にお客さんが入りますが、並んではいませんでした。
海南鶏飯R¥950にハーフラクサ¥350をつけて、¥1,300。
ジャスミンライスはおかわりできます。
海南鳥飯のチキンは歯がいらないくらい、ふわふわ。
オイスターソース、ジンジャーソース、チリソースの3種類。
それぞれ味変ができるので楽しいし、ジンジャーとオイスター、など合わせても美味しい。
ラクサはココナッツの風味が鼻に抜けるように感じます。
わりとあっさりしているので、スープ代わりになりますし、米粉の麺が軽くて合います。
夜と比較すると、わりとあっさりとしたシンプルな味わい。
私はお酒を飲みながらいろいろな料理を食べる方が楽しいかな！
