渋谷に店を構える『獅天鶏飯』さん。
シンガポール料理をメインに中華料理まで
エスニック系を幅広く提供するアジア酒場。
今回はランチ時間帯の海南鶏飯を
お目当てに訪問しました。
〜注文内容〜
◉究極の海南鶏飯 R (950円)
◉ラクサハーフセット(350円)
鶏胸肉はほんのりピンク色をしていて
ツヤツヤでしっとり柔らかい仕上がり。
しっかり美味しいのですがRサイズだと
かなり量が少なめです。
タレは海南鶏飯定番の3種類。
個人的にダークソイソースが好みです。
（とりあえず混ぜればもっと美味くなる）
そしてランチ時間帯の嬉しいサービスが
ジャスミンライスおかわり自由ということで
チキンをもっと大きいサイズにしておけば
よかったと後悔しております。
そこまで混んでなくて良いランチでした。
