SNSで知ったシンガポール料理屋さん
渋谷駅からもすぐ近い明治通り沿いにあるお店
シンガポールでしか食べたことのない肉骨茶（バクテー）が食べられるとのこと、期待して訪問
訪れてみるとバクテー以外にもシンガポールを代表するチキンライスやラクサもあって気分上がりました！
▪️肉骨茶 1,100円
＋ラクサハーフセット 350円
煮込まれた肉は柔らかく身離れヨシ
付け合わせのタレは抜群に美味しくご飯との相性も最高！
スープ自体はもう少しニンニクが効いたものを想像していたので少しアッサリしてましたが満足できる内容でした。
それ以上に美味しかったのがハーフサイズでいただいたラクサ
ココナッツミルクベースにスパイスの効いたスープはコク深く、アッサリとした米麺は何杯でも食べられそう
やみつきになる旨さですぐまた食べたくなりました♪
