渋谷駅直結！ヒカリエ6階にオープンした和食ダイニング「和食時々酒 ときのとき」にお邪魔してきました。古材を多用した温かみのあるアーバンロッジ風の内装、大きな窓からは進化し続ける渋谷の街並みが一望できる大人の空間です。
今回は自慢の串焼きがラインナップした「串焼きコース（4200円）」に日本酒の飲み比べを併せ愉しんで参りました。
盆に盛り込まれたのはおばんざい4種とお造り2種。お出汁トマトに蟹とキャベツの胡麻酢、炊いたカボチャに合わせたのはなんとマスカルポーネ味噌！蛸と茄子の有馬煮もしみじみ美味しい。お造りは赤身と鯛といった酒飲みには堪らないラインナップです。軽やかにいただけるポーションも良きですね。
串焼きは塩が豚バラとセセリ、ぼんじり。たれ串がレバーともも、つくねと外さないチョイス。とろりと口どけの良いレバーの火入れ加減が絶妙でした。驚くのは日本酒の飲み比べの銘柄が選べる事。飛露喜に而今、鍋島はきたしずく、田酒と涙ぐましい品揃え！60mL×2杯ずつなので色々と楽しめるのも嬉しい。また、自然派ワインも気になりますね。
〆の肉辛味つけ蕎麦も絶品でした！アクセスも雰囲気も抜群に良いので覚えておくと便利な1軒ではないでしょうか。私も近々羽窯ご飯をいただきに再訪します！
