2022年6月に渋谷センター街にオープンしたイタリアンレストラン兼ミュージックバー。
ランチタイム、ディナータイム、ミュージックバータイムの三パターンの営業をしている、新しいコンセプトのお店です。

お料理はコース・アラカルトのどちらでもオーダー可能。
前菜から肉料理、魚料理、パスタやリゾットまで、種類豊富な創作イタリアンがラインナップしております。
この日はアラカルトで、下記のメニューをオーダーしました。
・生ハム&サラミ盛り合わせ
・季節のカルパッチョ
・水茄子と鶏胸肉の冷製
・イカとアスパラガスのペペロンチーノ
・牛タンの煮込み
・牡蠣の香草パン粉焼き
・ポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタ
・完熟トマトとパンチェッタのリゾット
・ガトーショコラ
■感想
渋谷センター街中心部の超好立地にオープンしたイタリアン。
ミュージックバーとして営業する顔を持つため、雰囲気がとてもお洒落に作られていました。
お料理はベーシックなイタリアンを基調としつつも、ところどころに以外が食材の組み合わせなども見られます。
この日一番印象に残っているのは、ポルチーニ茸を使ったパスタ。
テーブルに置かれた瞬間から、ポルチーニの香ばしい香りが鼻を突き抜けます。
単に香りだけに頼らず、クリームベースのソースの旨味で下支えされており、香りも味も両立された良いバランス感の一品でした。
あとは牛タンの煮込みもマストでオーダーしたい一品。
じっくりと煮込まれた牛タンは、柔らかすぎずに適度な噛みごたえを残しており、噛む度に口いっぱいに広がる旨味を楽しむことができます。
味わいが強いお料理ですが、パプリカが上手く舌をリフレッシュさせてくれるところも嬉しいポイントです。
まだオープンして日が浅いにも関わらず、サービスも安定しており、これからが楽しみなレストランです。
