■Shop Information [Holmes Pasta] has recently been increasing its franchise restaurant there weren't many restaurant yet, I went to the main store because the Despair Pasta I had was delicious. There were about 6 people in line. It's also popular on SNS. The seat by the window has a great view of Shibuya. Today I ordered soup pasta and fries. Truffle-flavored fries appeared in about 20 minutes. It's so salty lol It was the saltiest I've ever had, probably because the bowl was being reused, and the salt was clumping. They said that last order was over, so they did not give me a replacement or refund. I could only eat about 3 lol And then there was the soup pasta. It was completely different from what I had eaten at the main store before. There was no umami at all, and this one had a weak taste lol. The pasta also curdled in places.
