ホリデーコースをお願いしました。
連れと2人でしたので、ピザとリゾットをそれぞれオーダーしてシェアすることに。
まずはサラダ、紅芯大根やケール、お豆などいろいろ入って彩りも良かったです。
ピザは生地はもっちりフカフカで良いのですが、具材の配置がちょっと偏っていたのか、味が足りない部分がありました。
ガーリックオイルかタバスコなどがあればよかったかな。
リゾットは芯が絶妙に残っていて、卵黄を混ぜてまろやかに仕上がっており、これが一番美味しかったです。
店内のBGMがちょっとチグハグな感じもしましたが、ソファー席でゆっくりランチを楽しめました。
