ローストホースの元オーナーの平山峰吉氏と
ソラノイロの宮崎千尋氏と81の永島健志氏の共同経営というそれだけでも行ってみたくなるお店。
お誘い頂き、2023年の最終営業日に初めて伺いました。
CHIKAMINEさんにはてんぷらで世界進出！という
大きな目標があり、そのために有名店のてんぷらを色々
と研究したそうです。
お店に立つ平山氏の熱量はすごく、話もとても面白くて、
あっという間の3時間でした。
世界進出の夢が叶い、ラーメンやお鮨みたいに海外の人
がてんぷらの美味しさに気づいてくれる日が来ると
良いなあと思いました。
