渋谷駅から徒歩5分ほど、喧騒から離れたウェーヴ通り沿いにある「YAKINIKU 八山牛（ハザンギュウ）」にお邪魔してきました。良い意味で渋谷らしからぬ落ち着いた佇まいで雰囲気も抜群。
この日は「極みコース（7900円）」をお願いすることに。突き出しは生湯葉の豆乳仕立て。キムチとナムルは盛り合わせが嬉しいです。トモサンカクの炙りユッケはブルスケッタというスタイル！新しいですね。シルクロースの炙り寿司は目の前で炙ってくださいます。
塩皿は魔法のタン・シンシン・カイノミの三種。ムンチサラダといただいても美味！これもまた面白い、稀少部位の石焼グリルはリブマキでした。感動の美味しさ。口直しの和牛出汁ひと口スープにほっこり。
特選部位たれ皿はミスジとザブトン。そして稀少部位のシルクロースはすき焼き仕立て。卵黄をたっぷり絡めて至福！
