渋谷・道玄坂、マークシティの裏手、良質の飲食店が点在する地域。
ビルの地下にある焼肉「YAKINIKU 八山牛」。
階段の先は落ち着いた空間、飲食店をやっている友人と行ってきました。
タン塩やハラミ、カルビなど、どれもサシが多くトロけるような美味しさ。
ワサビと塩で肉本来の美味しさを満喫出来ました。
ホルモンはレバやハツが超美味！食感もイイ感じです。
珍しい部位のシビレは、フォアグラや焼鳥のボンジリみたいな食感。
専門店に負けない、ホルモン好きにも納得の味だと思います。
特筆すべきは網！
焼き目がキレイに付くのと、熱伝導が良いのか、非常にフラットな焼き上がり。
大きな「サーロインのすき焼き」に、その網効果でキレイに焼けてちょっと感動。
こびりつきも少ないし、網の重要さがわかります。
そのサーロインは卵黄と絡めて、食感も最高。
2枚で2,000円なので、1枚あたりは1,000円ですが、その価値ありの美味しさです。
次回来た時も食べるであろうメニューです。
気になるメニュー、1枚1,500円！の「魔法のタン」。
これは次回のお楽しみに取っておこう。
サーロインよりも高級！気になりますね。
「キムチ盛り合わせ（900円）」は3種、「ナムル盛り合わせ（800円）」4種、それぞれ1,000円以下でリーズナブル。
肉のお供に必須な野菜たちですが、この値段設定はいいですね。
色々な焼肉屋さんに行っていますが、こちらの網はホント素晴らしい。
サシの入ったトロける肉は、その食感が好きな人にはたまらないでしょう。
ヘビーな感じが薄いので、沢山食べれるかも。
ただ年齢重ねると、脂分が厳しく胃がもたれるので、ちゃんと自制しないとですね。
それと完璧な排煙システム！
消臭剤も使わなくて大丈夫かも！？
全く焼肉屋さんに行った感がなかった。
コレも大事な要素ですね。
渋谷駅近くの喧騒から離れられる場所、道玄坂の隠れ家的な焼肉。
個室でゆったり焼肉、ココもありです。
